Livery Room

  • Located on the 2nd floor of our conference building
  • Private entrance, natural lighting, and private restrooms
  • Livery Room: 22’ x 27’ x 9’ ceiling (600 square feet)
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
  • Room can accommodate up to 20 people set in u-shape, 24 in classroom, 50 in theatre, 24 in boardroom or 30 people set in crescent rounds
  • Optional lunch seating on the high top tables in the Foyer or on the covered terrace (weather permitting)

Livery Parlor

  • Located on the 2nd floor of our conference building
  • Private entrance, natural lighting, and private restrooms
  • Livery Parlor: 15’ x 18’ x 9’ ceiling (270 square feet)
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
  • Leather furniture and gas fireplace.
  • Food and Beverage will be set in the Parlor
  • Optional lunch seating on the high top tables in the Foyer or on the covered terrace (weather permitting)

1812 Room

  • Located on the 1st floor of our conference building.
  • 1350 square feet. 50’ x 27’ x 8’ ceiling
  • Private entrance and natural lighting
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
  • Room can accommodate up to 24 people set U Shape, or up to 55 people set in crescent rounds/classroom style
  • All meals will be set in back alcove of room
  • Restrooms and coat closet down the hall

Coryell Room

  • Located in the main building
  • 1024 square feet. 32’ x 32’ x 9’ ceiling
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
  • Room can accommodate up to 21 people set U-shape, or up to 30 people set in crescent rounds
  • Option to use the outdoor Courtyard for lunch (weather permitting)
  • Restrooms and coat closet down the hall

Georgetown Room

  • Located on the 2nd floor of our conference building
  • Private entrance, natural lighting, cathedral ceiling, and private restroom
  • 18’ x 17’ x 22’ ceiling (306 square feet)
  • High Speed Wireless Internet
  • Room can accommodate up to 15 people set u-shape
  • Food and beverage will be set in the back of the room.
  • Covered Terrace with seating for lunch (weather permitting)

Courtyard

  • Located directly behind the main building.
  • A shared space that is utilized by the restaurant for dining al fresco and for private events upon request.
  • 1,200 square feet
  • The ideal location for outdoor ceremonies up to 85 guests or for private gatherings of 60 guests.
